CUBA PRECINCT Masterplan
The Cuba Precinct represents one of the largest development sites in Wellington, encompassing the entire block north from 106 Cuba Street to Dixon Street, and west to Victoria Street. The first phase of the development delivered Whitireia WelTec’s state-of-the-art Te Auaha performing arts campus and 800sqm of premium ground-floor retail space.
100 Cuba Street forms the second phase of the development, which was completed in 2020 and has delivered over 6,000sqm of office space, now occupied by Greater Wellington, and over 1,000sqm of premium retail space, currently occupied by Glassons, Spark, Dr Martens and Ben & Jerry’s.
The third phase of the project delivered the award-winning, base-isolated Victoria Lane Apartments building in 2023, which houses Victoria Lane Office Campus on levels 1-3 of the building and 123 apartments on levels 4-16.
