Cuba Street retail & Office

Final unit now leasing

The Cuba Precinct is strategically located in the centre of the popular pedestrianised section of Cuba Street, one of the capital's top footfall zones.

The Cuba Street office and retail component of the precinct spans three iconic neighbouring buildings all of which have been strengthened to greater than 100% NBS and refurbished, and are now known as 100 Cuba Street.

The ground level offers six premium retail units fronting onto Cuba Street. These units are now complete, with five already leased to Dr Martens, Ben & Jerry’s, Spark, Glassons and Boardertown.

The upper two levels have been converted into 5,000sqm of large-format character office space, all of which is now occupied by the Greater Wellington Regional Council

Available retail spaces

One ground floor retail unit remains available for lease, which is 164sqm. See below for an indicative floor plan. There are also retail opportunities on the ground floor of the Victoria Lane Apartments building.
