Unveiling the Cuba Precinct

We’re pleased to share with you an exciting moment in our Cuba Precinct project, with LT McGuinness now starting to unveil the restored heritage façade of the former Farmers' building on Cuba Street, originally built in 1916.

The photos shown above showcase the restored name tiles of the original occupant, C. Smith’s Drapers, which are now visible having been hidden for the past few decades.

The building will be complete later in the year, and will be occupied by a fantastic mix of tenants - a large public organisation which will occupy Levels 1 and 2, as well as new fashion, tech and food businesses in the restored ground floor retail spaces.
